Breakdown

This remains one of my favorite projects while working for JMU Athletics because it brought together storytelling, creative lighting, and intentional cinematography. My coworker and I developed the visual concept together and built a shot list, created a JMU purple hue on the shots with box lights and rope lights, and used strobes to allow for more transition options while editing.

This piece played on the video board at every home JMU Volleyball match throughout the season, evolving with updated players and standout moments.
