Breakdown

This remains one of my favorite projects while working for JMU Athletics because it brought together storytelling, creative lighting, and intentional cinematography. My coworker and I developed the visual concept together and built a shot list, created a JMU purple hue on the shots with box lights and rope lights, and used strobes to allow for more transition options while editing.

I edited the full piece, and it played on the videoboard at every home JMU Volleyball match throughout the season, evolving with updated players and standout moments.
