Breakdown

I edited this video using footage captured by our JMU Athletics Creative Services team. This was created to open the JMU Women’s Basketball season at home and build hype for the 2025–2026 campaign. With many new players joining the roster, I focused the intro on practice and weight room footage to establish their work, chemistry, and identity early on.

I built the narrative around audio pulled from an interview with Coach Sean O’Reagan, selecting moments where he spoke about the team’s energy and potential. As one of the strongest programs on campus, I wanted their open to feel bold, fast, and exciting, a video that matched the level of performance fans could expect all season long from the Lady Dukes.
